Monitoring and Reporting to Ensure Quality

Quality is achieved through multiple monitoring and reporting steps which track key elements in the processing operation:

  • Logging of input batches, indexes for each individual roll as well as rolls generated and processed
  • Logging of test results (image density and methylene blue testing)
  • Computerized labeling of storage carton for each individual roll of film with all relevant index information
  • Calibrating our  Kodak Prostar II Processors and deep tank processors to manufacturer standards
  • Performing Methylene Blue tests for Residual Thiosulphate to ensure processing meets industry specifications for archival quality
  • Running test strips through each processor and test results are compared to benchmark standards
