DRC has developed an innovative solution for customer signed invoices or POD’s (Proofs of Delivery) plus Returns and related documents to support the delivery of virtually any product to end customers. DRC leverages its high speed and high quality production document capture infrastructure to capture key customer and transaction data from documents. Using sophisticated data management techniques, DRC validates transactions, quickly identifies missing or outstanding POD’s and places “exceptions” in special handling queues for processing by expert workers all via a browser.
