DRC is an authorized Kodak Document Conversion Centre, Kodak Authorized Imaging Reseller, a Kodak Integrated Imaging Elite Reseller and Kodak Certified ImageGuard Lab. We offer our clients the full suite of Kodak Imaging products including all document scanners and software, hybrid digital micrographic products, as well as digital-to- microfilm archive media, for highly regulated industries with long term document retention requirements.

DRC provides large volume document conversion services on an back-file and day-forward basis. Our services include document staging and transportation, preparation, scanning, microfilming, indexing/data entry, storage and retrieval of enterprise information. DRC converts paper based records, engineering drawings, technical manuals, and any other file folder material to virtually any digital or microfilm format. Specialized scanning services include scanning and digitizing Microfiche, 16mm roll microfilm, 35mm roll microfilm, and engineering aperture cards, to virtually any digital file format.

As an Application Service Provider (ASP), DRC provides hosted document management services and solutions for our clients over the Web, by managing our client's vital documents and information assets in a secure and reliable infrastructure. Our DRC-ifile service enables our customers to securely retrieve their digital documents from their desktop browser within seconds, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout North America. Our platform is based on best-of-breed document management software and industry leading tools to power our DRC-ifile solution and service offering. DRC also provides digital preservation services for archiving of digital files on proven long term legally compliant microfilm archive media for vaulting. Additionally, we offer storage and retrieval services for our client's records stored on microfilm or electronic media on an on-demand basis.

As an active and contributing member of the Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB), we have participated in the development of numerous standards for the microfilm and imaging industry. We are also active members of numerous trade organizations including the Association of Information and Image Management (AIIM), Association of Record Managers of America (ARMA) and others.
